After injuring and re-injuring my [knee|ankle|toe] over the years of on and off running (I'll never top the Tough Mudder I did in '11), I've moved on to free weights. Specifically the 5x5 program. @Dick-Withers, you said you're squatting and deadlifting 5 days a week?
I've heard stories of @MetalThrashingMatt randomly waking up from a hangover on a recording studio couch and busting out a set of positive push-ups. The source for this info may be dubious but I choose to believe it. Do you do anything else, Matt?
